A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall blazoned as follows: Azure and Teal, in chief a deployed parachute Gris and in base a tower issuant of the third masoned Sable, all between two flaunches of the third each charged, in dexter with a double-ward key erect Celeste, wards to base and in sinister a lightning bolt palewise Tenne. Attached below and to the sides a Blue tripartite scroll inscribed "STRENGTH, HONOR, DIVERSITY" in Silver.
