A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of two red broad arrows horizontally counterwise the upper one pointing left with the barbs conjoined end to end at center and each emitting a gold flash around the shank and terminating at the barbs, on and within an open black scroll which extends around the base and bears the inscription FAITHFUL AND VIGILANT in gold letters.
