A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a purple globe with gold grid lines bearing a representation of a gold Korean Gate and issuing from the top and base of the globe a red vertical flash extending over and all in front of a white scroll opened horizontally and rolled on each side with gold roller handles at the top and arched between the handles at the top and across the flash a purple scroll inscribed "ADVISE" in gold letters under the flash a purple scroll inscribed "SUPPORT" on one side and "STABILIZE" on the other in gold letters.
