A circular device of silver color metal and enamel 1 1/4 inches (3.18cm) in diameter consisting of a silver disc charged with a maroon cross throughout bearing a silver torch in pale, and overall at center a silver helmet of Minerva; ringing the lower two-thirds of the disc and resting over all but the uppermost arm of the cross a maroon motto scroll bearing the words "UNITY WISDOM AND SERVICE" in silver.
