A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in width overall consisting of a green century plant with two white blossoms behind the upper portion of a gold fleur-de-lis, with a white powder horn outlined and detailed in gold suspended from its cross bar, the latter on a blue background, all above a gold scroll bearing the inscription "SOLDIERS OF THE CENTURY" in black letters.
