A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a light blue rectangle, the bottom edge semi-circular, with three conjoined inverted piles issuing from base, scarlet, white, and blue, all surmounted by a black pile charged with a gold lightning flash issuing from the top of the device; attached at each side and below a tripartite light blue motto scroll inscribed "LIGHTNING STRIKE STRONG” in gold letters.
