A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of two Malaysian barongs hilted black with silver blades crossed saltirewise and between them a cross botonny divided quarterly in red and white on a maroon background above two green palm fronds and arced at the top a blue scroll, divided in three folds, the ends terminating behind the frond ends and inscribed "HELP TO HEAL” in silver letters.
