On a Gold color metal and enamel shield shape device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall divided per saltire Green and Yellow, in chief five Gold mullets, 3 and 2 and in base a Gold compass rose voided of the field, overall and between two Green fleur-de-lis a Black demi-pike issuant from base palewise point up; around the bottom of the device is a Black scroll inscribed with "COMMANDING THE BEST" in Gold letters.
