334th Regiment Unit Crest are sold as one pair per pack.

A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per bend Azure and Argent, a fleur-de-lis counterchanged over all a bend halved, the parting line parallel to edges of the ordinary of the second (Argent) and of the first (Azure) charged with three axes paleways counterchanged. Attached below and to the sides of the shield a Blue scroll inscribed "FORTES FORTUNA JUVAT” in Silver.
