346th Regiment Unit Crest are sold as one pair per pack.

A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall, consisting of a shield blazoned: Per pale Or and Azure a chevron counterchanged, in base a cotton boll Proper; on a canton Vert an acorn of the first (the insignia of the 87th Division). The shield surmounts the upper portion of a circular Blue scroll inscribed "SEMPER ET UBIQUE FIDELIS" in Gold letters arcing to base.
