A silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02cm) in height overall consisting of a silver knight's helmet facing front and bearing a crest of three ostrich plumes one orange between two white all upon a field of four lightning flashes pilewise and contained on the two sides and bottom by a blue serpentine scroll inscribed with silver letters with the motto "VOICE OF FREEDOM,"" the scroll ending at either side next to the white plumes.
