A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Sable, a griffin"s head erased Or garnished of the first above a lightning flash Tenne and a sword point up of the second in saltire; a bordure bendy-sinister of seven Azure and Argent. Attached below the shield a Black scroll inscribed "WE FIGHT AS ONE" in Gold letters.
