A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall blazoned as follows: Azure, on a pile reversed between four parachutes deployed in pile reversed Argent (Silver Gray), a pickaxe palewise, axehead upwards Sable, surmounted two lightning bolts in bend Tenné, surmounted by a double-ward key bendsinister, wards to base of the third. Attached below the shield a Blue scroll inscribed "SWIFT, AGILE AND LETHAL” in Silver.
