A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 5/32 inches (2.94 cm) in length overall consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Per bend Teal and Azure (Dark Blue), a bend Tenne between in chief a wagon wheel and in base a fleur-de-lis Argent; on a chief of the last a silhouette of a horse and rider Sable. Attached below a Teal scroll inscribed "LIGHTNING RIDERS" in Silver. Crest are left and right facing different directions.
