A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a taeguk on top of a black chess-rook with a gold cable encircling the chess-rook diagonally and horizontally and rising behind and on top of the taeguk, all above and between a gold scroll bearing the motto "WE PROVIDE” in black letters.
