A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Gris, on a chevron Gules, surmounted by a pale Buff charged with a bayonet erect, between in chief a wheel of the first and two keys in saltire of the last, superimposed with a pellet, six mullets, three and three, Gris; on a chief Azure, a stylized mountain range Buff. Attached below the shield a Black scroll inscribed "CUTTING EDGE” in Silver.
