A gold colored metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall on a buff disc, a stylized gold millrind and sword combined, the hand guard of the sword forming the locking bar of the millrind, detailed green, enclosed within a scarlet demi-annulet, the sword tip and pommel extending at top and bottom, inscribed with motto "STRENGTH IN UNITY” in gold letters at top.
