A Gold color metal and enamel vertical rectangular device coming to a 90-degree angle point at base and arched at top, blazoned as follows: Or, on a pale Gules between two laurel branches Vert in pale and arched inwards, dexter branch of 13 leaves and sinister branch of 10 leaves, a sword Argent (Silver Gray). Attached below the device a Black scroll inscribed "SUSTAIN TO VICTORY" in Gold. The device is 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width.
