A gold color metal and enamel device 1 3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting of two demi-spears palewise supporting an annulet divided per pale buff and black voided scarlet, superimposed by a gold spear palewise bearing a gold eight-pointed compass rose at the center, all between a gold arced palm branch on either side; arced over top is a scarlet scroll doubled scarlet inscribed with "YOUR NAMES" in gold and a scarlet scroll around the bottom inscribed with "SHALL SHINE" in gold.
